PetGrow Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the PetGrow Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by PetGrow. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn 8% commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link or approved coupon code.

Commission is calculated based on the eligible product subtotal only. Taxes, shipping fees, shipping taxes, tips, refunds, canceled orders, and other non-product charges are excluded.

3. Tracking

Affiliate referrals may be tracked through affiliate links and approved coupon codes. The standard tracking cookie period is 30 days.

PetGrow is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to deleted cookies, browser settings, tracking restrictions, incorrect links, or other technical factors outside our reasonable control.

4. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or use the program primarily to obtain personal discounts.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Commission will not be paid on refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible orders. If commission has already been recorded for such an order, it may be adjusted or reversed.

6. Promotional Practices

Affiliates must represent PetGrow accurately and honestly. False claims, misleading advertising, spam, trademark misuse, impersonation, or other deceptive promotional methods are not allowed.

Affiliates are responsible for following all applicable advertising and disclosure requirements, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when required.

7. Paid Advertising

Affiliates may not bid on PetGrow brand terms, trademarks, or misleading variations of the PetGrow name in paid search advertising without prior written approval.

8. Coupon Use

Only coupon codes officially approved or assigned by PetGrow may be promoted as affiliate offers. Affiliates may not publish unauthorized coupon codes or promote expired offers.

9. Payments

Eligible commissions are subject to review before payment. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

PetGrow may delay or withhold payment while investigating suspected fraud, policy violations, returns, disputes, or other unusual activity.

10. Program Changes and Termination

PetGrow may update commission rates, program rules, payment terms, or other program conditions when necessary.

Either PetGrow or the affiliate may end participation in the program at any time. PetGrow may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms.

We do not sell affiliate applicants' personal information for monetary payment.

4. Affiliate Tracking

The PetGrow Affiliate Program may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to record affiliate referrals, clicks, and eligible sales.

The standard affiliate tracking cookie period is 30 days. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, deleted cookies, privacy tools, device changes, or other technical factors.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the affiliate program, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable obligations.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.

You may contact us to submit a privacy-related request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

8. Third-Party Services

The PetGrow Affiliate Program is supported by third-party service providers, including UpPromote and Shopify. Their handling of information may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

9. Children's Privacy

The PetGrow Affiliate Program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly seek affiliate applications from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the affiliate program, our practices, or applicable requirements.
